Project Overview
A cross-platform application designed to connect volunteers with persons with disabilities, facilitating the sharing of essential items and services within the COD-NL community.
Key features include:
- Cross-platform application connecting beneficiaries with volunteers for snow clearing, donations, and transportation assistance
- Built with accessibility as a priority, including full screen reader support and intuitive navigation
- Location-based services showing approximate locations for browsing and exact locations for accepted tasks
- Dedicated volunteer dashboard displaying available requests in the community
- Request tracking system allowing beneficiaries to monitor their requests and volunteer acceptance status
- Integrated thank-you feature enabling beneficiaries to express gratitude upon task completion

This project showcases my ability to develop full-stack mobile applications that utilize modern frameworks and cloud services. KindShare leverages AWS Amplify for backend infrastructure, GraphQL for efficient data operations, and React Native for cross-platform compatibility.
